Equipping Servant Leaders
Life Ministries Christian Centre offers training to pastors and other church leaders through a programme predominantly based on material written by the late Dr. Bob Gordon. The two week training courses are run four times a year for two years resulting in the graduation of the successful trainees.
The courses teach a broad range of topics preparing everyone with sound foundation principles for their ongoing spiritual growth and maturity. They are split into eight modules covering the topics under listed:

Presently these residential courses are run in Kampala; although we also visit Rwanda and Burundi for shorter training courses. We anticipate the Training Centre in Kigali, Rwanda will open soon and training will also be available there. Our intention is that eventually these courses will be to Degree level.
Also, the leadership of LMCC, along with other European leaders, regularly hold training seminars throughout Uganda and Rwanda for Pastors and their wives in practical leadership skills and servant leadership.
Over the years more than 250 Pastors have received training to graduate level and the provision of generous funding will enable registration for the next course to begin soon. Covid permitting this will start in the first quarter of 2022. There are many people who have a desire to increase their knowledge of God and the main constraint over the years has been the lack of resource. We give thanks to God for His gracious provision.
